About 9j99 — Bangladesh's Game-Changer

Our Story

9j99 was founded with a single clear goal: to give Bangladeshi players a platform that actually works for them. For too long, local players were forced onto platforms built for foreign markets — platforms that didn't accept bKash or Nagad, didn't stream live cricket odds in real time, and didn't understand the rhythm of the BPL or the excitement of a T20 final. We built 9j99 to change that. Every feature on this platform, from the payment flow to the game lobby, was designed with Bangladeshi players in mind.

Today, 9j99 stands as one of the fastest-growing online gaming destinations in Bangladesh, trusted by players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and beyond. We have invested heavily in technology, in our game catalogue, and above all in our people — the support staff, the compliance team, and the product team — all of whom work around the clock so that your experience on 9j99 is smooth, fair, and genuinely enjoyable. We are proud of where we started, and we are even more excited about where we are heading.

Our Mission and Vision

Our mission is straightforward: deliver a world-class online gaming experience that is purpose-built for Bangladesh. That means supporting the payment methods Bangladeshi players already use every day — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — so that depositing and withdrawing feel as natural as a mobile money transfer. It means offering live cricket odds on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international Bangladesh Tigers matches so that every ball bowled is a chance to engage. It means running a game library stocked with certified slots, crash games, and live dealer tables from globally respected providers like Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and Spribe.

Our vision is to be the most trusted name in online gaming across Bangladesh — not just the most popular, but the most responsible. We want every player who chooses 9j99 to feel genuinely looked after: fast payouts, transparent terms, responsive support available in English, and the confidence that the games are provably fair. As the Bangladeshi digital economy grows, we intend to grow with it, continuously expanding our game catalogue, our promotions, and our capabilities — while never compromising on the standards that our players deserve.

What Sets 9j99 Apart

Who We Serve

9j99 is built for adults aged 21 and above across all major cities and districts of Bangladesh. Whether you are based in Dhaka or Chittagong, Sylhet or Cox's Bazar, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, or Mymensingh — if you have a smartphone and a bKash or Nagad wallet, you have everything you need to enjoy 9j99's full platform. We have deliberately kept registration simple, deposit minimums accessible, and our support team responsive so that nobody is left struggling at the door.

We take particular pride in serving cricket fans. Bangladesh is a cricket nation, and 9j99 reflects that. Our cricket betting section is updated in real time during every major tournament, with competitive odds, live streaming links from our partners, and market depth that rivals any platform in the region. From the first ball of a BPL group stage to the final over of a T20 World Cup knockout, 9j99 is where serious Bangladeshi cricket fans come to back their instincts.

Our Core Values

• ⚡ Transparency — We publish our terms, wagering requirements, and bonus conditions openly. No hidden clauses, no ambiguous small print. What you see is what you get, and our team is always available to explain anything that is unclear.
• 🤝 Integrity — All games on 9j99 are powered by certified RNG technology. We do not manipulate outcomes, and every payout is calculated automatically according to published return-to-player rates. Our house advantage is fair and openly disclosed.
• 🛡️ Player Safety — We enforce strict 21+ age verification and maintain responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. Every 9j99 account is secured with SSL encryption. We will never sell or share your personal data.
• 🌟 Excellence — We hold our platform to a high standard. If a feature does not load fast enough, if a payout is delayed, or if a support ticket is not answered promptly, we treat it as a failure and fix it. Continuous improvement is built into how we operate — not just as a phrase, but as a daily practice.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

9j99 takes responsible gaming seriously. This platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a financial strategy, not a way to recover losses, and never something that compromises your wellbeing or that of your family. For this reason, we have built a suite of player protection tools directly into the platform: deposit limits, daily loss limits, session time alerts, and a voluntary self-exclusion program for any player who feels they need a break.

If you ever feel that your gaming habits are getting out of control, we encourage you to reach out to our support team at [email protected] or visit our Responsible Gaming page for detailed guidance. You can also speak with a trusted person in your life. At 9j99, we would rather lose a customer for a month than have a player experience genuine harm. That is what it means to put players first.
